What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide IT Support – Offer local and remote assistance to users in Singapore and worldwide.

Manage IT Systems – Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network-connected devices.

Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues – Support phone systems, mobile users, and ERP applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Monitor & Maintain IT Operations – Log user requests, track problem resolution, and escalate as necessary.

Deploy & Upgrade IT Equipment – Set up new systems, ensure network connectivity, and document processes.

Collaborate & Innovate – Work with global IT teams to enhance security, functionality, and efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years in desktop support, troubleshooting, and IT system administration experience in MNC environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Active Directory user management.
  • Strong knowledge of PC and server hardware installation/repair.
  • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer, GoToAssist, or BOMGAR.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is a great advantage!
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to support China/Taiwan stakeholders

Bonus Skills:

  • Windows system administration & PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with routers, firewalls, VPNs & VoIP phone systems.
  • Exposure to Linux and cloud computing.
