  • Manage, coordinate, and enhance Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) shipments while ensuring adherence to Excelerate's HSE policies and operational standards.
  • Assist in formulating Excelerate's annual delivery strategy for long-term supply and sales agreements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, terminals, and service providers.
  • Ensure precise documentation and prompt input of operational data into relevant IT systems.
  • Appoint independent inspectors and expeditors, conducting investigations into LNG quality concerns as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including front, middle, and back-office, as well as legal, shipping, and finance teams, to address and resolve operational issues.
  • Oversee the timely processing of cargo invoices, reconciliations, and clearance of accruals for both internal and external agreements.
  • Work closely with counterparts and support the team in ensuring smooth operations, minimizing delays, and reducing demurrage expenses.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Business, or Engineering. Additional credentials in Maritime, Economics, or Logistics are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in LNG cargo and/or vessel operations, with a comprehensive understanding of the LNG business value chain.
  • Strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience in cargo operations, including technical expertise in LNG shipments, terminal management, and Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships across various levels and departments within the organization.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.
