Requirements:
- 3+ years of Crypto experience in exchange sales, OTC sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Proven track record of building client relationships targeting the institutional segment
- Extensive network of relationships within the institutional community, including crypto trading teams, market makers, hedge funds, and family offices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin; Japanese/Korean is a plus
