Customer Care Representative

Our company is a global sales organization with facilities based in Mentor and Willoughby, Ohio and Amery, Wisconsin. The Customer Care Representative –will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all aspects of daily activities. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for
- Respond and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQ)
- Process customer orders and order acknowledgements
- Coordinate shipments with customers assuring export regulations compliance
- Provide customer support for warranty issues, product returns, and complaints.
- Manage customer accounts information maintaining up to date records
- Process invoices and follow-up on payment status
A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on attention to detail, driving results, and exceptional care for quality in all aspects. This is a critical position that will be part of the team handling major global accounts and growing Process Technology Asia Pacific.
Outcomes:
1. Communication:
- Clear, concise, and responsive communication, both internal and external
- Monitor assigned customer open orders to ensure on-time shipment and provide detailed updates on a weekly basis to each assigned account.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to achieve results in customer service excellence.

- Maintain a good understanding of Process Technology products portfolio offering.
3. Account ownership.
- Strengthen the connection with key accounts through service and relationship building.
- Identify, understand, and address specific customer needs and expectations.
