Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and shipment cycle.
Fulfilling orders timely for our clients internationally (pick, pack, ship) including palletize and prepare pallets for shipment arrangements, and updating inventory via computerised system.
Co-ordinate movement of pallets into and out of premise.
Direct communication with clients internationally on outbound/ packing activities.
Attend to customers' self-collection of goods.
Prepare the full spectrum of shipping documentation like packing list, commercial invoices for outbound shipments ahead of delivery times.
Co-ordinate movement of pallets into and out of premise.
Unpack and check goods received against purchase requisitions, and updating inventory via computerised system.
Feedback to Supervisor for any damaged goods, if any.
Sort goods to respective racks/shelves.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with clients internationally.
