- Develop and execute performance marketing activities
- Manage budgets and campaigns across eCommerce channels to drive GMV with the target ROAS
- Conduct market and keyword research, A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Analyse performance data, identify trends and insights for optimisation

- Liaise with partner agencies for campaign activation and optimisation
- Liaison with brand, agency and category teams on content toolkits, adaptation and deployment to local platforms

- Join discussions with retailer ecommerce teams to provide inputs on performance marketing activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in campaigns and channel analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics tools.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing strategies.
- Good analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Effective communication, presentation and business planning skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Problem solving and can-do attitude.
