About the Role:A leading global technology company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support its Infrastructure & Telecom Legal team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong legal background who thrive in fast-paced environments and can efficiently manage contract review, document organization, and project coordination across multiple regions.THIS IS AN INITIAL CONTRACT UNTIL THE END OF 2025 SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct document review for commercial contracts, including order forms, statements of work, and other standard agreements.
  • Support knowledge management by maintaining contract templates, version control, and updates.
  • Assist with the review and processing of NDAs, outside counsel agreements, and engagement letters.
  • Act as a first point of contact for contract-related inquiries, including vendor onboarding and approvals.
  • Provide project management support by tracking legal documents, maintaining databases, and organizing shared resources.
  • Facilitate internal tooling processes, ensuring proper routing of contracts for signature and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, network infrastructure, strategy, and sourcing teams.
  • Prepare presentations and gather key information to support legal operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal certification, or equivalent legal experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial contracts, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of contracts efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with contract management tools and internal legal processes is a plus.
