  • Degree qualified with more than 12 years of relevant experience in FP&A (Management Reporting) in MNCs
  • Regional exposure is a must
  • Similar industry exposure from Retail/ FMCG required

  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the Asia Pacific region, establishing a strong framework and processes tailored to local market needs.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Drive timely and accurate analysis and management reporting for the region, ensuring key financial insights are delivered to senior leadership. This includes variance analysis, trend reporting, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, build dashboards, and analytical templates to enhance reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, and provide accurate data and reporting to support business strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with country finance teams across the region, ensuring seamless information flow and implementation of best practices.
  • Interact with global HQ, preparing and presenting financial reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
  • Navigate a dynamic and diverse business landscape, adapting financial strategies to meet both regional and global objectives while driving operational excellence.
