Job DescriptionKPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking 2 SuccessFactors roles, including- SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant + Solution Architect, ManagerResponsibilities:Responsible for technical design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solution to meet stakeholder's requirementsExperience in leading the technical delivery of the SuccessFactor module(s), including all activities within the project delivery lifecycleAssists the client in defining their business needs and translating business requirements to solution conceptual designAssists the client in developing a multi-phase solution roadmap to address a business objective(s)Able to explain the benefits and risks associated with solution deploymentLeads and guides the consulting team in identifying, analysing and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsProvides drafting of solution and deployment approach for use in the proposal development and planningGuides the project manager in planning of solution deployment and explaining schedule dependencies and risksGuides the team in defining data, integration and test strategy for SuccessFactors module deploymentProvides solution advise and leadership to the internal and client project team during business case development, implementation project and solution roadmap development.
