  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What the role is:We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Officer.Essential Job FunctionsAs a Project Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with various projects and ensuring their smooth execution. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing key consultancy projects by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, managing documentation of consultancy projects and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop new products, such as AI workshops and tinkering courses, based on market demand.
  • Providing sales support for multiple projects, including handling inquiries, workshops, special events, Young Scientist badge programs, and competitions, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless project execution.
  • Assisting with marketing administration tasks, including the creation of promotional materials (e.g., eDMs, posters), updating website content, enhancing social media presence, developing short promotional videos, and preparing presentation materials.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have the following:
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management or related business functions such as Sales or Marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
