  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Contract Period:

  • Contract Option : From 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027.

Deployment:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

1) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:

  • General Office
  • HOD Room
  • Staff Room
  • Meeting Rooms
  • Staff Pantries
  • Lift Lobby and
  • Toilets

2) Hostel:

  • To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
  • To check for any common area defects
  • To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
  • To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinens for new ad-hoc check-in
  • To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes) etc
  • To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
  • General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc

3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $2,000.00 per month
