10. Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A master’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in a technical and commercial management role in Marine Electronics.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical aspects of the industry (engineering, Marine Navigation & Communication).
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of commercial processes, including budgeting, pricing, sales, and contracts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience managing or supporting projects, with knowledge of project management methodologies.
