E-Commerce Executive (China Market)
Job Description
· Manage the full E-commerce operations/activities
· Prepare, analyse and report on sales performance and providing recommendations / corrective actions so as to achieve sales target set
· Ensuring storefront and individual pages of all E-commerce platforms storefront and individual pages are properly optimised, proofreading of translations for all Chinese platforms
· Perform image resizing and uploading of contents / product descriptions
· Respond to online enquiries and comments on a daily basis
· Support and perform live streaming on online platforms like TMALL/RED/DOUYIN
· Liaise with KOLs for all platforms livestreaming
· Support other digital marketing campaigns when necessary
· Stay up-to-date in the latest livestreaming trends and practices
Job Requirements
· Degree qualifications with at least 1 years of experience managing Chinese E-commerce platforms
· Proficient in Mandarin language to perform live streams and interact with Chinese audiences on Chinese platforms
· Familiar with the Chinese market and digital platforms such as Tmall and RED
· Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
· Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment
· Entrepreneur mindset with a strong interest and knowledge in E-commerce and Marketing and a passion to drive the brand
· Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
