Primary Location: SingaporeAdditional locations: Hong Kong, ChinaThis role will report to Collections Supervisor in APAC Region(Immediate availability is preferred)Responsibilities:Regular and prompt phone and email contact with assigned customers to build customer relationships and to ensure minimum bad debt risk, this is to be completed by achieving assigned collections and call quality targetsAct in compliance with company goals, policies, and procedures as they pertain to collection activity, our collections strategy and specified Accounts Receivable goals and objectivesCommunicate with the Sales Department on past due accounts at specified intervals. Inform sales representatives and management of changes in account status in a timely mannerMeet defined department and individual goals along with assigned month end reporting deadlines and activity metricsEstablish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships within the department and company (ex. Disputes, AR).
