Candidate must be able to do the following:
- Able to perform full sets of accounts
- Able to do the consolidated financial statements independently
- Assist in the preparation and control of the company's projects and budgets
- Manage invoices, contracts, and corporate documentation
- Prepare half-yearly and yearly SGX announcements to meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure quality of documentation of company contracts, purchase orders, invoices for internal and external auditors review
- Monthly reporting to update management on revenue and expenditures, and monitor company budgets
- Ensure compliance with authority, standards, company policies, and other regulations
Candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience relating to accounting, finance, and auditing activities
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (read, write, and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work
- If you have higher qualifications with relevant working experience, can be considered for the manager position.
