Job Description:The CompanyOur client, a globally recognized luxury retail brand, is seeking a Head of FP&A, APAC to lead financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting across APAC.The RoleReporting to the Regional Finance Director, this high-visibility role will lead a lean team in working closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and driving financial performance. You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting to support decision-making.Working closely with the Regional Finance Director and other senior leaders, you will provide strategic financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support long-term business objectives as well as streamlining financial processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
  • At least 12 to 15 years of FP&A and management reporting experience within FMCG, retail, or luxury retail, with strong regional exposure.
  • Proven leadership experience is essential, as you will be responsible for managing a team and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who is confident, proactive, and driven, with the ability to take ownership and push financial strategies forward.
  • A hunger for results, a strategic mindset, and strong business acumen are critical to succeeding in this role.
