- Optimize logistics networks to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance delivery reliability.
- Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce excess inventory through lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address supply chain and operational challenges and drive improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and plant operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
- Proven track record of driving supply chain and operational optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience in working with advanced supply chain and manufacturing systems and tools (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, MES, TMS, WMS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
