Account Cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
1) Manage invoices, receipts, and other accounting records. Assist with bank reconciliation, and prepare financial statements.
2) Manage schedules, handle correspondence, organize office systems, maintain files, and assist in administrative tasks for managers or executives.
3) Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, assist with audits, and support the operations team in administrative tasks like inventory tracking, supply ordering, and office coordination.
Requirements:
1) Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
2) Understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
3) Fresh graduates are welcome.
4) Candidates MUST be Singaporean citizens or Singapore PR.
