  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an Executive to provide administrative support to the team for scholarships application.

Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $3,450/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team for undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships application and selection cycle (e.g. answering public queries, support for applications and selection, offer and award etc.);
  • Be the first point of contact for undergraduate and postgraduate scholars studying in tech and media at local and overseas universities. Process all scholar support cases (Academics or employment related) assigned in a timely manner;
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Incentive Management and Governance, Finance) and outsourced vendor on the onboarding of new undergraduate/postgraduate scholars, and manage the processing of claims for scholars;
  • Track milestone deliverables and budget utilisation for undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships; and
  • Provide support for events (e.g. scholarship fairs, award ceremony, onboarding of new scholars).

Looking for:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Min. Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Possesses good organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Interest in engaging people and building networks
  • Familiar with MS Office software eg. ppt, word doc and excel, etc
  • Dynamic and result-oriented team player with strong initiative
