Digital Marketing Assistant Manager/Manager
Overview:
We are seeking for an experienced marketing individual to join us as we scale up and expand our B2B and B2C activities in the SEA region. You will own and lead the region's paid channel marketing activities that support customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. You speak the language of conversion rates and ROI/ROAS. You have a passion for building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns. The ideal candidate must be willing to proactively dig into and own growth and optimization opportunities. This individual does not mind the day-to-day grind, wearing multiple hats, and is willing to be a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive paid strategies across platforms and channels for campaigns, content, for brand building, partner and user acquisition for B2B2C, B2B and B2C business models.
- Responsible in managing paid budgets, analyzing campaign data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive ROI. Own full-funnel metrics; deeply understand data and customer, extracting insights, product data, and customer research to identify and optimize growth levers.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Build and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Execute digital marketing initiatives via omni-channel marketing strategies (website, social media, targeted ads, SEM, email) to achieve business goals.
- With the goal of user acquisition and leads generation, we will continue to optimize the overall user acquisition cost and improve the quality and quantity of users.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Launch, optimize and scale acquisition channels; both web and mobile app (whenever applicable).
- Strategize, develop, and execute effective cross-channel campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, expansion, and win-backs.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization (customer support, creative, email operations, product managers, UX team and regional marketing) to design, deploy, manage and measure programs across channels.
- Define and monitor campaign KPI, produce and communicate insights, and make relevant course corrections to drive business outcomes and impact customer adoption & retention.
- Ensure a rapid pace of split (A/B) testing and experiments to optimize key performance metrics; analyze findings and deploy winning campaigns.
- Conduct market research to uncover key customer insights that drives positioning for our product as well as ideas for new features or benefits.
- Manage optimization efforts for interactive components of landing pages, i.e. A/B and multivariate testing and analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insight.
- Present digital strategies, roadmaps, analysis/results and budgets to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience from Agency/Fintech is preferred, with a strong passion for the industry.
- Solid years of international marketing experience; preferably across different cultures.
- Ability to think strategically and effectively drive programs from inception to execution.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment.
- Proven success in driving self-service on-boarding, adoption, usage, engagement, and retention.
- Hands-on experience with paid social platforms, DSPs, programmatic platforms and mobile app channels.
- Hands-on experience managing SEM and paid social campaigns using native UI (Google, Yahoo!, Twitter, META, LinkedIn etc.).
- Experience driving testing (A/B) and optimization.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tool.
- Strong digital marketing acumen across websites, social media, SEM, email, paid media & marketing automation.
- In-depth understanding of media planning, negotiation, implementation and performance analysis.
- Time management and problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing numbers.
- Entrepreneurial collaborative professional who appreciates working in a team. atmosphere, exhibits calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions. Strong ability to deal with change and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong proficiency in English written and spoken language a must. Ability to converse in Chinese language will be advantageous.
