You will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate the development of organisation's goals, strategies and work plan in alignment with cluster’s and national directives, including secretariat support for discussions and retreats.
- Provide business partner support to divisions, to understand their work and help ensure alignment of the divisions’ work to organisation overall strategy map and objectives.
- Support NUP and NUHS senior management in any organisational initiatives, projects and presentations as required.
- Prepare and present various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and progress reports to allow the senior management and Board to monitor progress in achieving our desired outcomes and objectives.
- Develop an understanding of the underlying initiatives and operations and the key reasons for the performance achieved.
- Support the review of the KPIs and progress reports, to ensure they remain relevant and effective in guiding organisation to achieve its objectives.
- Engage and communicate KPIs and targets to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organisation in terms of goals and outcomes.
- Maintain list of organisation’s non-commercial contracts and facilitate effective communication between legal and various stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and timely renewals.
- Administer and maintain Contract Management System (CMS), including training of staff on effective use of the CMS and troubleshooting any system-related issues.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor, including administrative duties.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in strategy, planning and/or governance, covering wide range of areas such as policy formulation, systems governance, work plan and performance management. Healthcare sector experience will be an advantage.
- Possess good written and verbal communication, and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful with strong analytical skills, ability to synergise data and information for analysis.
- Comfortable working with numbers with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Self-motivated, take initiative and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Possess high level of integrity and willingness to learn.
