You’ll work closely with the ads team to continually refine ad creatives based on performance data.Key Responsibilities:Creative Strategy & Performance Execution:
  • Lead and strategize creative direction for Meta Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to generate high engagement and conversions.
  • Use data to optimize creatives: track key performance metrics (CTR, view-through rates, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously ideate and develop fresh, innovative concepts that drive client success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new video formats, and competitor strategies to maintain our cutting-edge approach.
Video Editing & Execution:
  • Edit high-performing video content for paid ads and social media platforms, ensuring each piece aligns with client goals and brand aesthetics.
  • Take raw footage and transform it into compelling, on-brand, and results-oriented video content.
  • Leverage AI-driven content tools to enhance video quality and efficiency.
Creative Operations & Process Optimization:
  • Develop and optimize workflows for video content creation, ensuring fast, efficient execution while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Work closely with the team to streamline the creative process and ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate on creative strategies for campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are met and performance metrics are exceeded.
Leadership & Growth:
  • Take ownership of creative projects, guiding them from initial concept to final execution.
  • Lead by example, sharing innovative ideas and driving creative problem-solving across the team.
  • Help mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Be a proactive contributor to the continuous improvement of creative strategies and operational efficiencies.

  • Proven experience in creative strategy for digital ads, particularly with Meta Ads, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
