- Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users.
- Assist end-users in both local and remote locations to ensure smooth business operations, including monitoring the performance of end-user computing devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, applications, and related IT equipment.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including technology refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops, printers), and software license tracking.
- Handle the procurement of IT equipment, software, and related products, including managing procurement processes and supporting requirement scoping and evaluation.
- Conduct stock-taking, asset management, and maintain accurate asset records for end-user computing devices.
- Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure service quality, address feedback, and implement improvements.
- Support the implementation of new end-user computing technologies.
- Perform any other IT-related duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support for end-users.
- Passion or interest in the healthcare or community services sector is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Experience in troubleshooting basic IT issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
