Our client is a leading software technology service provider, known for its fast business response, strong technical team, and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and oversee the setup of local subsidiaries, acting as the resident person in charge.
2. Manage new business segments for local branches, including customer development, delivery management, and talent supply chain.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for local business expansion, setting business development indicators and ensuring achievement of business objectives.
4. Handle planning, preparation, and management of local branches.
5. Construct and build business systems and teams, including system setup, process organization, and performance assessment.
6. Promote and develop local business initiatives.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 8 years of experience in managing local enterprises, with more than 5 years in IT outsourcing business, sales, and business management.
2. Familiarity with the local service outsourcing market and experience with dispatch operations.
3. Strong business development skills, with the ability to establish and maintain industry relationships.
4. Proven ability in business layout and branch organization structure from the ground up.
5. Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
