Position Background:

The core responsibility of the Data Product team is to bring these data products to market and realize their commercial value. To ensure competitiveness and meet customer demands, we are looking for a Data Product Manager who will focus on driving Data Business Development (Data BD) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, while managing global data suppliers to ensure smooth integration and market recognition of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

² Global Data Marketplace Development (Data BD):

1. Conduct global research to identify potential data suppliers based on company business characteristics and development plans, evaluating data quality, pricing, delivery methods, etc., to ensure the acquisition of high-quality and competitive data resources.

2. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with data suppliers, facilitating data procurement negotiations and cooperation agreements.

3. Continuously optimize data procurement processes to improve cost-effectiveness and ensure supplier stability and long-term cooperation.

² Data Product Go-To-Market (GTM):

1. Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for data products in overseas markets, achieving product performance targets based on company strategy and market demands.

2. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to define product pricing, sales strategies, promotional activities, etc., ensuring the product quickly covers the target market.

3. Adjust the GTM strategy based on market feedback, competitive analysis, and customer needs to maximize product market performance.

² Data Product Optimization and Iteration:

1. Continuously optimize data products based on market feedback and customer demands, driving product iteration and upgrades.

2. Regularly collect product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, ensuring the product remains aligned with market needs.

² Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

1. Monitor global data market trends, analyze competitor products and strategies, and gain insights into industry trends, adjusting product direction and market strategy as necessary.

2. Provide market analysis reports to assist company decision-makers in making strategic decisions in the global data market.

² Cross-Functional Collaboration and Customer Demand Alignment:

1. Work closely with internal teams (technical, product, sales, and customer support) to ensure that data products meet market demands and customer expectations in terms of development and delivery.

2. Support the sales team in showcasing the advantages of data products during client communications and proposals, helping to drive customer decision-making.

Requirements:

² Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in data, business, marketing, or related fields.

² Experience:

1. At least 5 years of experience in data product management, data business development, or a related field.

2. Experience with GTM strategies for data platforms, SaaS products, or data service products is preferred.

3. Experience working in overseas data-related companies.

² Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the global data market, including knowledge of data suppliers, data types, and delivery methods, with strong market insight.

² Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of data technologies (such as data lakes, data warehouses, AI, cloud computing, etc.) and their market applications, with the ability to quickly align technical requirements with market needs.

² Language:

Ability to communicate fluently in English&Mandarin with global suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

² Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer needs, and adjust product marketing strategies to drive business growth.

² Communication and Negotiation Skills:

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to interact efficiently with data suppliers, marketing teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills to establish beneficial partnerships with data suppliers.

² Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in data product management in SaaS, data tech companies, or cloud computing companies is preferred. - Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations, with the ability to manage and optimize data products globally.
