Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.
- Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.
- Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.
- Maintain and update contract documentation and records.
- Engage with stakeholders or Maincontractors for certification of claims, disputes or other contractual matters.
- Lead the subordinate/team and give clear direction as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contract management in government and/or private projects
