
Senior HR Executive/Executive
Job Description:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess and anticipate HR needs and challenges.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
3. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to help new employees integrate into the organization.
- Ensure that new hires receive the necessary training and resources to succeed.
4. Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that promote employee development and accountability.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
5. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Promote open communication between employees and management to enhance engagement and morale.
6. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement leadership development initiatives to prepare future leaders within the organization.
Job Requirement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is often preferred.
- Experience: Several years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or leadership roles.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, BIPO, Workday etc)
