We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead the sales efforts for our Corporate Mobile Sales team. This role will focus on driving sales strategies, including account penetration, prospect qualification, supervision of sales activities and achieving revenue targets specifically for the mobile offers tailored for corporate clients.

About the Role:

  • Actively lead and promote Corporate (CORP) and Corporate Individual (CORI) mobile offers to acquire and onboard new accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at promoting mobile CORP and CORI offers, aligning with the needs of corporate clients and market trends.
  • Participate and lead tenders, lead generation, and respond to new business enquiries to expand the reach and adoption of M1 mobile offers to grow market share and revenue.
  • Foster and build good client relationship and engage in regular meetups with company Authorised Officer to grow mindshare, awareness and activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of team lead and account managers from M1 resellers, ensuring individual and collective sales targets are met.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activities to contribute to the enhancement of mobile offers and acquisition strategies activities.
  • Manage the overall CORP mobile churn.
  • Oversee and manage approval, signup and onboarding process, including processing and handling individual sign ups (where applicable).
  • Oversee and manage the processing from Authorised Officer/mobile enquiries, application forms, backend processes, payment, handset fulfilment and feedback, including billing enquiries, billing disputes, coverage matters, promotions/tariffs.
  • Oversee the coordination of CORI roadshows.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience; of which minimum 3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the telecommunications.
  • Proven track record in sales management with a solid understanding of sales processes and corporate client dynamics.
  • Highly motivated with extensive sales experience.
  • Experience in selling tailored corporate solutions, mobile CORI, or similar services within the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience manging multiple stakeholders.
