Our client is an international company that specialize in process technology, client is a leader in providing high-quality components for various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and more. To grow the organization and strengthen its presence in the assigned countries within the region, our client wants to recruit a:
Regional Sales Manager
(Based in Singapore)
ORGANIZATION
You will report to the Business Head and oversee sales management and market expansion initiatives for the company's product portfolio across the assigned countries in the APAC region. This role requires close collaboration with an international team and does not include direct managerial responsibilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management: Drive sales growth for the client’s diverse product range by promoting and selling company products, strengthening existing customer relationships, and establishing new business opportunities in the APAC food and beverage industry.
Account management and marketing: Build strong relationships with key customers, lead business development and marketing efforts, and work with marketing and product teams to boost product awareness and customer engagement.
Documentation: Support quotation preparation, conduct on-site surveys, create cost estimates, negotiate offers, and ensure clarity in commercial and technical details. Document visits and manage customer data in the CRM system.
Budgets and Coordination: Work with the line manager to develop annual sales and financial plans for the assigned region. Attend events to showcase products and provide training beyond the designated area. Track market trends, analyze competitors, and deliver product presentations to customers.
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or any relevant food processing technology field.
- You have a strong and successful sales experience of over 7 years in the food and beverages industry preferably selling components like heat exchangers, pumps or valves.
- High-level knowledge in process engineering software systems, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer is a nice to have.
- You are passionate about processing industry, have a strong commercial mindset and ability to understand and explore customer needs.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company with customers, vendors, and other organizations.
- You are structured, well organized and process oriented. Able to multi-task, plan, and prioritize your work in an efficient way.
- You believe that internally teamwork and externally client satisfaction and relationship are keys to success.
- You enjoy travelling and are open to visit prospects and clients in the APAC region.
