- At least 10 years of Organisation Development and Leadership Development experience or experience in leading or supporting digitalisation initiatives in digital transformation / design thinking topics with past training or facilitation experience.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing learning & development strategies and frameworks, evidenced by successful projects or programmes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and leadership development interventions, (what scale of programmes created and implemented.)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.
- Empathetic, resourceful and driven by a strong commitment to excellence, with a passion for making a positive impact within the organisation.
