Job Description:The CompanyOur client, a globally recognized luxury retail brand, is looking for a Business Analysis Manager for APAC.The RoleReporting to the Regional Finance Director, this role will be instrumental in setting up the framework and financial processes in Singapore while working closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial planning, commercial analysis, and business insights.With a key focus on commercial finance and business partnering to support the APAC region, you will conduct sales and profitability analysis, monitoring performance by country, store, and product category to provide strategic insights. A key responsibility will be supporting decision-making on store openings, closures, and renovations by conducting financial feasibility studies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with regional commercial, marketing, and retail teams to drive financial performance and enhance business strategies. Overseeing FP&A and management reporting, you will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights that support growth objectives.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
  • At least 12 to 15 years of Commercial Finance/Finance Business Partnering experience within FMCG, retail, or luxury retail, with strong regional exposure.
  • Prior experience in setting up the framework for commercial finance will be highly preferred
  • Proven track record of working directly with senior stakeholders
  • This is a role for a self-starter-someone confident, driven, proactive, and independent, with a hunger to take initiative and make an impact.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
