This role is ideal for a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience in energy and power solutions for data centres, and a strong network within the industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving the growth of data center and telecommunication services in the international market to achieve sales targets.
  • Expand new markets and establish strong client relationships within the telecommunications and data center industries.
  • Understand client needs, showcase service capabilities, and deliver tailored integrated solutions to create benchmark projects that enhance market reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Strengthen internal collaboration to improve project delivery and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 10 years of experience in Energy/Power solutions for data centres.
  • Over five years of international sales experience in the data center or power communication industry.
  • Good network within the industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to independently achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong market analysis and business development capabilities, with a keen sense of market trends.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, familiarity with technical terminology for the power and telecommunications industries. Additional knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
