  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Castlery is looking for a Global PR & Communications Lead to join our Marketing Department.A newly created role, the Global PR & Communications Lead will be a high-impact role in our PR team, responsible for facilitating the development and growth of the Castlery crew across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the US.They'll work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand the learning needs at both an organization and team-level, either sourcing or creating content to address those needs. As part of Castlery's commitment to creating a space for our employees to thrive, this role will also design frameworks and learning pathways to empower each employee to take ownership of their personal career journey.They will also help shape Castlery's culture through crafting content and communications around our values and credos, ensuring that every employee is able to translate these core tenets into everyday behaviors.If you're keen on creating a space for people to thrive both personally and professionally and excel when working with high levels of autonomy and psychological safety, reach out!What you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for Castlery's overarching global PR strategy - building our goals and ensuring we are hitting these targets
  • Manage agency partners in each of our markets to help reach these goals and maximise ROI
  • Manage Castlery's PR team, helping to coach and guide with empathy, clarity and expertise
  • Project manage complex PR campaigns like product and retail launches to maximise exposure and align to our brand messaging
  • Build and own the crisis management process, being the go-to person within the organisation to call on when needed.
  • Create strong relationships with the Castlery senior leadership team, helping to get the team press-ready.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or public relations
  • 8+ years of experience in the PR industry - ideally a mix of agency and inhouse experience
  • Expert communicator - able to craft compelling and effective PR releases and communications material as well as presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team and agency network to get results
  • Confident working with senior leaders within the organisation
  • Exhibitions strategic thinking - able to create a long term roadmap to build brand awareness of Castlery in our markets
  • Experience in the home and living industry and markets we operate in is a plus
