- Support implementation of complex digital trade solutions, including Supply Chain Financing programmes, and execution of high-quality service to CIB customers to meet evolving client requirements and expectations
- Completion of technical and operational on-boarding for new-to-trade or new-to-bank clients, ensuring timely revenue realization
- Collaborate across teams including Coverage, Sales, Solutions Structuring, Technology and Operations to ensure seamless execution and client success
- Manage the product development for GTS in-country projects and actively contribute to global and regional projects for digital channels
- Contribute to the digitization of trade offerings, focusing on increasing straight-through processing (STP) rates and the successful implementation of new digital capabilities
- Leverage on client feedback in assisting Product and Propositions team in developing client propositions and product enhancements
- Train internal teams (e.g. Sales / Client Managers / Services) and promote digital agenda
- Recommend improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise
- Relevant experience in transaction banking implementation, client servicing and project management
- Familiar with Supply Chain Financing and digital channels
- Strong knowledge of trade finance with focus on underlying technology and implementation processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and work under time pressure
- Negotiation and change management skills will be an advantage
