  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A leading Organisation is looking for an experience individual to join team, you will playing a crucial role in advancing AI direction in the company. Your work will focus on developing up to trending AI solutions in generative AI, also considering AI director and development for the company. Experienced candidate will be considered as the Head of AI, less experience will be consider as Assistant Director/ Senior Manager.

Your Role

  • Leading AI teams to provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans.
  • Lead the development of Gen AI solutions, focusing on both software and hardware perspective.
  • Collaborate with technical and domain experts to identify and develop early use cases and prototypes.
  • Contribute to ongoing AI initiatives including AI development & projects.

You will need

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AI development, with demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI solutions in real-world scenarios, years of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, familiar with AI & Machine Learning models.
  • Hands-on experience with AI hardware benchmarking, agentic AI, or embodied AI is highly desirable.
  • Strong AI knowledge, with a solid understanding of generative AI principles and development practices.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
