Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees. Includes cashless claims and Employee Self Submission (ESS) claims.
  • Handling enquiries related to claims and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating tracker list for data/statistic reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Claims Team.
  • Supporting the team in projects handling and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related field.
  • Prior experience in claims processing, administrative support, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
