  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Clinic Assistant to join our medical team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling
  • Handle phone calls, emails, Whatsapp and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage patients' records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist doctor in basic clinical procedures (e.g., measuring vital signs, preparing medical equipment)
  • Dispense medications and provide basic guidance on prescriptions
  • Handle payment transactions and medical claims processing (e.g., CHAS, Medisave, insurance claims)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic premises
  • Perform administrative duties such as inventory management

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or relevant certification in healthcare support
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and another local language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is an advantage for liaising with patients
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of clinic management software is a plus
  • Willing to work afternoon till night shift on Tuesday and Thursday (2pm-9pm) and Whole day Saturday (8am-5pm)
