What the role is:[Temp for 7 months] Analyst (Data Office), SPRWhat you will be working on:[Key Responsibilities]: The Public Service Employee Engagement Survey Data Advisor plays a critical part in ensuring that the Whole of Government survey is launched smoothly and on-time. This role will give you experience in data cleaning and survey design. Your responsibilities include: • Collate and check templates submitted by the agencies under your care. • Follow up on the agencies for any errors in the submissions • Answering queries raised by the agencies • During the survey collection, answer any queries raised by survey respondents. • During the survey collection, follow up on any requests made by the agencies in the Engagement System. • If interested, PSD can train you in the use of our employee survey tool. • If interested, PSD can teach you the coding language R. This is a language that is used by many data cleaning and data science teams.What we are looking for:[Competencies Required]: • Communication skills: Able to respond to queries from agencies over e-mail/the phone and follow up based on the situation • General digital savviness: Comfortable with using IT tools independently. • Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency (i.e. AutoFilter and PivotTable) Applicants will typically be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of the job posting.
