本职位常驻新加坡，会有适度国际差旅

JD for international finance manager

This position is based in Singapore and will involve short-term international travel

岗位职责：

Job responsibilities:

1、 负责公司在中国境外各类银行融资（以项目类融资、东道国当地公司及贸易融资、保函事务协调为主）、参与外汇风险管理;

Responsible for the debt finance outside of China, including green power project-related finance, local corporate finance & trade finance in the host countries, guarantee-related affairs, forex management assistance.

2、 与东道国当地业务财务部门及总部资金部门协作配合，参与项目的投标及商业谈判、金融机构项目尽调资料准备、公司内部项目评审、寻求最佳融资方案，优化融资条件；

Involve into project bidding & commercial negotiations and company internal project review meetings, prepare documents and financial models for lenders’ due diligence, seek the best possible funding solution in collaboration with the various business functions and head office finance;

3、 参与制定公司的融资相关战略及贯彻执行；

Involve into the formation & implementation of the corporate treasury strategy

4、 开发和协调公司在新加坡及东道国当地的银行等合作金融机构关系；

Develop and maintain the relations with the financial institutions in Singapore and other countries outside of China

5、 领导交办的其他任务。

Other ad hoc missions assigned by head office

任职资格：

Qualification

1、 大学本科及以上学历，金融类或财经类专业毕业；

Bachelor degree or above engaged in finance or equivalent disciplines.

2、 5年以上跨国银行国际项目类相关经验，具有较多成功的工程类项目债务融资实操案例；

Over 5-year working experience in multinational bank, with the proven track record in project-related debt financing.

3、 英文和中文流利；

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

4、 应聘者必须为新加坡公民或当地常驻永居身份华人持有者；

Must be Singaporean national or PR holder Chinese.

5、 有3年以上企业集团资金管理经验者优先考虑；

Over 3-year corporate treasury experience would be an advantage

6、 性格开朗，工作踏实认真，自我管理和学习意愿强，具有较强的抗压能力；

7、 具有优秀的跨文化沟通协调能力；
