Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective math lessons for students of varying skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance student learning.
- Provide guidance and support to help students improve their understanding and confidence in math.
- Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate with parents and provide feedback on student performance.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Mathematics, with the ability to teach secondary and junior college levels.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, adaptable, and engaging teaching style.
- Most importantly, we favour ability and attitude over experience and degrees.
