Telemarketer – Business Development Support

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer to support our Business Development team. This role involves reaching out to potential investors, property owners, and partners to generate interest, set up meetings, and manage email outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential investors, property owners, and business partners.
- Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to generate leads.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update database.
- Provide feedback on prospect responses to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with email marketing software & data organisation.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Interest in commercial real estate and asset enhancement is a bonus.
