- To assist senior engineer or manager to oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service provider and specialist vendors to ensure good maintenance standards are maintained and planned PM schedules are met.
- Ensure prompt service recovery for any breakdown of equipment and systems to minimize disruption to hospital service operations.

- To assist senior engineer or manager to plan operation set up, develop processes and instructions manual, implement maintenance & support plans, configuration change management for the sustenance systems and equipment delivered.

- 1-3 years of experience or ITE graduate with at least 5-9 years' mechanical system experience for Engineering Assistant position.
- At least 4 years of experience or ITE graduate with at least 10 years' mechanical system
- Experience for Senior Engineering Assistant position.
- Have prior experience with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical systems & equipment will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in management of mechanical services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects will be an advantage.
- Prior working experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Ability to use 3D perspective drawing software such as BIM will be an added advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and inter-personnel skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and function well in a team.
