Hiring For Wealth Management On boarding Analyst:-

We're looking for s o m e o n e like that to:

Perform onboarding processing including document review and account set-up. Ensure

adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and policies. Maintain in-depth awareness

of potential legislative and policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence.

- Provide support to internal clients through hotline/advisory support. Business partners

includes but not limited to within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk

Management, Project teams).

Engage in process improvement projects) to streamline & automate the document review

and/or static update process

Your experience and skills

You have:

- 2-6 years of experience in Wealth Management Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Maintenance

or related Operations roles. Working knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore regulatory

landscape favored.

Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and

problem-solving.

- Experience in leading and/or implementing process changes & automation favored

You are:

- Client service oriented and enjoys working in a team.

- High motivation and positive can-do attitude.

- An effective & clear communicator who is comfortable in facing different stakeholders at

senior l e v e l s

- Adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment.
