Responsibilities:
- Perform the installation, configuration, and testing of audiovisual (AV) systems at client locations for both commercial and residential projects.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate space and project requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV and basic IT network-related issues (e.g., IP conflicts, connectivity problems) on-site.
- Provide technical support during system handovers and client demonstrations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schematics, and equipment lists.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members on-site to address project needs and challenges.
Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; basic AV knowledge is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (Hokkien is a bonus).
- Independent, responsible, and mature working attitude.
- Basic network knowledge (e.g., IP configuration, routers, and switches) is a bonus.
- Must be comfortable with a role that primarily involves off-site work at client locations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
