Key Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
· Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming store environment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
· Sales Management: Monitor and drive sales performance, manage inventory levels, and ensure effective merchandising to maximize revenue.
· Training & Development: Develop a deep understanding of Hysses products, including features, benefits, and usage.
· Operational Efficiency: Oversee store operations including cash handling, stock management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role in a retail environment.
· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with retail management software and basic financial principles.
· High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in retail management is a plus.
