- Product Strategy Development - Define and execute the product strategies for push notifications and in-app notifications, tailored for different types of users (e.g., buyer and seller). Leverage latest technologies / algorithms to improve notification efficiency as well as to reach business goals
- A/B Testing and Optimisation - Design and execute A/B experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies. Continuously optimize notification content, timing, and user targeting to drive platform traffic while ensuring good user experience
- User Research and Data Analysis - Conduct research to understand user & business needs. Closely track key metrics and analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, inform product decisions and also address any issues.
- Product Development Support - Write clear and concise user stories and PRD. Prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with design, engineering, data science teams to implement features and ensure timely delivery. Partner with local markets and all product lines to align notifications with broader promotional strategies
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: Prior Minimum 3 years' of experience in product management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. Familiarity with notification systems, or experience with A/B testing and data analysis will be advantageous
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Knowledge of e-commerce platform and user engagement strategies is a plus
