  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for a Program Manager, ESG
  • Focus: Attracting and retaining participants to the programme, seeing them through their completion of the programme.
  • Starts off as a 12 months contract

The Job

  • Leading client engagements and account management of a cohort of participating SMEs relating programme enrolment, administration, and claims for enterprises
  • Creating guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related programme content, to align with best practices and frameworks
  • Drafting content for programme publicity, success cases, insights on ESG- related topics
  • Organising events and workshops to attract and educate participants on ESG-related topics
  • Liaising with government agencies and partners to facilitate meetings, consultation sessions, workshops, and clinics for enterprises
  • Leveraging the bank's in-house masterclasses, toolkits & resources, strategic frameworks, coupled with EnterpriseSG ESP panel and relevant SkillsFuture resources & training programmes, to create impactful training & ESG solutions
  • Managing and fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders in the network to ensure effective and sustainable implementation
  • Supporting on administrative claims and processing of grants with EnterpriseSG
  • Tracking and measurement of participant’s progress and performance

Experience and skills:

  • At least 2 - 5 years of program management experience
  • Ability to interact with the client & advertising agencies
  • Keen interest in ESG initiatives
