- Develop an understanding of product IP blocks and their mission-mode/customer usage
- Lead and develop ATE test program for silicon design functional verification and IP enablement
- Support product definition works in terms of dynamic voltage-frequency scaling and power binning to meet customer requirements and achieve Cost and Yield target
- Conducting in-depth and cross-functional investigations and analysis to eliminate causes of systematic and random issues relating to yield, performance, and quality
- Analysis of characterization, circuit performance sensitivity, and end-to-end manufacturing data from WAT, Wafer Sort, Final Test and System level test, to identify failure mechanisms, preventive actions, and weakness in test strategy, to enhance test coverage and screening methodologies
- Ensuring that correct product test conditions are implemented for optimal yield, quality and performance. Identifying test coverage gaps, providing data-driven improvement plans
- Provide Product Technical leadership to PEO teams, drive alignment among teams to achieve product technical requirements.
- Influence Design and Customer technical discussions that have a significant impact on final product.
- Experience in new product introduction phases, both pre and post silicon activities, including characterization, product power binning definition work, yield analysis, and silicon debug
- Experience with SoC test program development and debugging tools. Advantest v93k experience is preferred.
- Experience with Python, C++, Ruby for test program and script development, SQL for data extraction
- Strong knowledge on various IP modules such as ATPG SCAN, MBIST, Cache memories, HSIO, Power, DRAM
- CPU and GPU architecture knowledge preferred
- Good knowledge on frontend process technology
- Strong knowledge on WS, FT, SLT testing methodology
- Strong statistical data analysis skills. Familiar with analysis tool JMP, Yield Explorer, PowerBI, Excel
- Proficient in Windows and Unix based operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage project and meet tight deadlines
- At least 7 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
- BS/MS Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
