  • Perform accounting-related duties.

  • Manage GST submissions.

Administration
  • Support inventory management in the warehouse.
  • Carry out general administrative responsibilities.
  • Keep human resource records up to date.
  • Maintain effective office administration systems.
  • Organize and manage filing systems efficiently.
  • Address internal and external emails, calls, and requests.
  • Coordinate warehouse deliveries and collections.
  • Manage and organize delivery orders.
  • Handle any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Educational/Skills Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or Business Administration.
1-2 years of experience in office accounting support roles.
Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to provide extra administrative assistance when needed.
