  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Immediate processing of incoming purchase orders from vessels
  • Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotations
  • Negotiate prices and follow up on orders with suppliers
  • Assess incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection after approval by Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide forwarding instructions to the supplier
  • Keep vessels and Vessel Managers informed about deliveries
  • Communicate with vessel's port agents
  • Handle custom clearance
  • Arrange formal bookings for service and repairs based on the Vessel Manager's practical arrangements
  • Maintain and update the supplier database on various platforms
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in a related field/discipline
  • Self-driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in the marine industry is a MUST
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to multi-task
  • Resourceful with strong negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable to working with ERP
